Accounts Receivable (Order to cash) Senior Officer with Polish

• Advanced level of English and Polish;
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Finance;
• Open to business trips;
• Good Domain knowledge in Accounts Receivable;
• Knowledge and experience with SAP, Process Maps Creation or SOP preparation constitutes an advantage;
• Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel & Word;
• Email writing skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Team spirit;
• Hard Working & detail oriented person.

• Billing/ Invoicing;
• Manual Credit notes processing;
• Customer Master maintenance;
• Clearing open Items against CN;
• Exception Handling;
• Preparing and Posting FX Gain Loss Journals;
• Handling queries – Email/Calls;
• Quality Assurance;
• MI reporting;
• Resolving disputed items in the Bank Statement;
• Sending Collections file to Bank for Credit;
• Cash Discount tracking and posting;
• Following up for Credit Details;
• Checking and ensuring that all Bank credit is posted;
• Meeting SLA Targets.
