    Cerinte

    • University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Communication or equivalent fields
    • Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office applications and other HR-related software tools
    • 3+ years of HR experience (as an IT Recruiter, Generalist or similar)
    • Confidentiality as a mandatory self-requirement
    • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
    • Driven and focused;
    • Results-oriented and ambitious;
    • Organized, dependable and motivated;
    • Very good time manager;
    • Flexible and willing to learn;
    • Professional and honest.

    Considered a plus:
    • Proven experience in creating HR procedures;
    • Proven ability to objectively partner with employees and management through complex relations matters.

    Responsabilitati

    • Coordinate and implement human resources programs, including employee relations (performance management, communication, policies and procedures);
    • Administer and perform the recruitment and selection processes;
    • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training and learning & development initiatives;
    • Assist in development and implementation of retention programs, exit interviews, compensation and benefits, events or team buildings;
    • Closely collaborate with the HR Admin, for administrative support in all related activities.
