- 4 years of experience in human relations or personal development
- Additional HR training or experience is a plus
- Fluent Romanian and English language
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team worker

- Responsible for development and implementation of HR and training strategies and goals
- Act as a partner for all Douglas stores as well as HQ and support them in solving problems and other challenges
- Manage recruitment process for HQ; support store managers in recruitment processes and counsel them on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews
- Schedule or conduct new employee onboardings
- Plan annual performance review sessions
- Identify development and training needs and organize internal and external trainings
