    This is a great opportunity to join us as an HR Data Management Analyst in our Global Business Center in Bucharest. In this role you will participate in the implementation of Global HR Technology strategy to support HR and activities associated with internal HR processes, you will collaborate with local HR partners to ensure employee data is updated & accurate and support HR Technology process improvement projects in order to ensure integrity of HR applications.  

    Job Responsibilities

    • As a Member of Global HR Technology team:
      • Maintain strong working relationship with global team
      • Support global HR Technology activities
      • Close cooperation with IT HR team in requirements gathering & testing
      • Audit and identify areas of improvement for data integrity
      • Identify necessary changes in HR processes related to HR Technology systems and process improvement projects
      • Assist in the development of and completion of test plans for any HR system modifications / patches / upgrades
      • Assist with troubleshooting technical issues related to the use of HR Technology systems
      • Maintain familiarity with all HR Technology systems, utilizing them as needed, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for enhancements
      • Run data reports, as needed to support business requests and needs
      • Partners with HR Technology and other functions to develop business requirements for any HR system development or modifications
      • Involved in SAP HR Global projects
      • Create and maintain HR Technology system training documentation
    • SAP HR Administration:
      • SAP Organizational Management administration:
        • Organize Unit Requests
        • Position Requests
        • Job Requests
        • Position Management support
      • Training and Documentation
    What will make you successful
    • At least 1 - 2 years of proven combined HR and HR Technology experience with proven knowledge of HR and HR Technology processes and systems
    • Strong technical skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, SAP HR, HR Technology systems)
    • Global HCM system experience required
    • SAP HR experience is a plus
    • SAP HR Payroll experience a plus
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including ability to interact and effectively communicate within our global organization and with vendors (both verbal and written)
    • High-level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data
    • Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
    • Organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to think creatively
    • Must be able to work under tight deadlines when issues arise
    • Bachelor’s Degree
