Desired knowledges:
• Knowledge of processes, facilities, and continuous improvement techniques. Cereal product knowledge.
• Health and Safety knowledge; work organization methodology;
• Understanding of customer requirements and supplier constraints;
• Monitoring of product and manufacturing techniques;
• Conversational English. Availability for relocation (relocation support provided).

Responsibilities :
• Acts for improving the industrial process, by setting up activity monitoring indicators allowing precise analysis and monitoring of performance
• Set up the continuous improvement plan and oversee the deployment of improvement solutions.
• Implements all necessary means to comply with the working instructions
• Supervises the manufacture of the products in qualitative, quantitative and on time
• Creates and implements the control plan
• Monitors production performance by developing the necessary dashboards
• Assesses the means required to achieve the objectives and, if necessary, formalize the request with the Plant Manager
• Manages the production teams and ensure the daily management
• Schedules the production plan based on sales orders
• Ensures, in liaison with the Quality Department, the cleaning of all the installations
• Supervises the installation and maintenance of the facility
• Proposes improvements in production and technology
• Ensures the interface between the Development and Technical Support Manager and the production teams
• Participates in investment completion studies
• Informs the Plant manager of the problems encountered and propose remedial and preventive actions
• Informs site staff of performance and associated objectives.
