Senior Accountant

Ascentor is a professional services firm with an extensive experience in Direct Search, Interim Management and Management Consulting in wide range of industries (FMCG, IT, pharma, medical services, financial services, private equity funds, manufacturing, automotive, waste management).

5 years’ work experience within Finance (Pharma is a plus)
Strong Romanian GAAP knowledge
Advanced English level, both written and spoken
Good MS Office knowledge (MS Excel is a must)
SAP experience

Perform activities related to daily finance activity including posting journal entries, performing reconciliations etc., in compliance with group and local guidelines.
Prepare all monthly mandatory tax returns and statements, statistical reports or reports for the National Bank and other institutions.
Prepare statutory and group financial statements in accordance with Romanian and group requirements.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Support management in budget and forecast planning.
Train other team members in developing their professional competency.
