Description

We are looking for a candidate who :
Has a University degree in a related field; HR, Communication,
Is a people oriented person with proper business acumen.
Wants to work in an international and multicultural environment, and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced and changing organization.
Has a very good level of English and excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written. Spanish is a highly desired plus, and German would be a nice to have.
Is pro-active, reliable and able to manage expectations of candidates and stakeholders.
Is self-driven, passionate and a strong team player.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm

Based in Zaventem, as a part of the Global Human Resources team, you will handle tasks related to Talent Acquisition. In cooperation with other members your responsibilities will be mainly twofold:

1. You maintain the database of candidates by updating necessary information, identifying new potential profiles, evaluating and validating candidates’ online registrations, encoding new profiles when necessary, searching expertise when requested and other related tasks:

Analyze and manage incoming candidate profiles; answer to candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, reporting, ...
Search and selection of potential candidates through different channels.
Interview potential candidates via phone, Skype, and/or face-to-face.
Provide accurate reporting on the status progress.
Give support during the onboarding process of new employees.
2. You create online visibility for our open positions: publish all vacancies on our website and other platforms, such as our ATS and other selected social media:

You will be responsible for drafting new job ads (Persona) after intake with the hiring manager.
Posting and managing vacancies through the ATS, the Alpega Group website, LinkedIn, …and other selected recruitment channels.
Other Talent or HR related projects and tasks will be allocated depending on your skills, experience and aspirations.

Salary: 3300 euro/month gross

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Belgium.

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 259 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company

Duration of internship: 1 year starting 15th of September 2020 (starting date can be also flexible)
