• Organized person, having fun when working with data;
• Analytic thinking and detail-orientation;
• Previous experience with ERP/CRM software is a big plus;
• Very good knowledge with Internet browsing, email providers, negotiation skills are considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of Excel

• Recеives thе procurement nееds of internеt rеsources from own dеpаrtmеnts (VPSs, domains, аddressеs, phone subscriptions);
• Identifiеs thе best wаy to get in contact with the providers;
• Manages, corrects and updates continuously the providers database and makes sure for the correctness of the information in our internal ERP and CRM;
• Makes the offer requirements and analyses them;
• Ensures the correctness of the data entry and primary documents;


• Ensures payment for our providers.
• Elaborates proposals to optimize the processes and working tools;
• Makes activity reports upon requests, purchases reporting.
