Junior IT Recruiter

The Qualysoft Group was founded in Vienna in 1999. Its main focus is on providers of financial and energy services, industrial firms, media/telecommunications companies, and institutions from the public sector.

• A communicative, proactive person, who wants to be involved in developing and building teams, to engage in new and interesting projects, to headhunt
• Previous experience in IT sourcing/ recruitment projects (6 months- 1 year)
• Established network of contacts from software industry
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Student or Graduate in Psychology, IT or something similar is a plus

• Search and attract the right candidates according to the requirements to join our team using recruitment platforms and others
• Update and maintain our ATS in shape
• Support the overall selection process: assist the recruiters in communication with applicants, scheduling and facilitating candidate interviews and so on
• Grow your LinkedIn network
• Gradually, activity can progress in full cycle of IT Recruitment
