The Bosch Automotive Electronics division started end of 2013 in Jucu, Cluj county, a new production site using cutting edge technology. The new plant produces electronic components and control units for the European automotive industry. These components are used, for instance, in driver assistance and safety systems as well as for energy management. In addition, Cluj Plant is producing modern products of the sector "Advanced Consumer" such as - eBike Powertrain Controls - or - Solar Inverter Units. In 2016, Bosch plant in Jucu manufactured more than 27 million high-quality automotive parts for more than 25 international customers. Make it happen.

• Experience in manufacturing operation environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and oral)
• Detailed orientated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self directed, self motivated, willingness to learn and takeover responsibility
• Ability to work independently as well as an integral member of a team
• Good MS Office skills
• Moderation skills
• Advanced English

• Pass through qualification and certification concept according to central training guidelines
• Coordinate activities related to Bosch Production System principles & elements (Pull System, 5S, Standardize work, problem solving techniques, internal &external logistics
• Organize, prepare and execute BPS training according to the qualification requirements
• Work with operations, engineering, planning, maintenance, and purchasing to implement projects to achieve BPS vision
