Experience diligently applying Scrum principles, practices (i.e. ceremonies), and theory;
Previous experience as a Project Manager;
Very good organizer and detail-oriented;
Previous planning experience;
Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills
Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development;
Multitasking abilities;
Expert motivator;
Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc;
Coaching and mentoring abilities;
Proven management skills;
Knowledgeable user in Jira and all its settings.

Leads all SCRUM ceremonies;
Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution;
Facilitates getting the work done in time;
Measures team performance by applying the right tools and techniques;
Keeps Spreadsheets, Diagrams etc. updated depending on the work required or reports;
Facilitates the personal and professional development of all team members;
Helps team or individual to clarify goals and actions and delegates tasks for efficient work;
Identifies top performers and ensures mentoring for career development;
Ensures that every team member understands their tasks and their responsibilities for each sprint;
Facilitates an environment based on trust, open communication, creativity, and teamwork.
