Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a lead development/inside sales representative;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of CRM tools;
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships;
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback ;
Excellent knowledge of English – both writing and speaking; additional languages are a plus;
Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and develop your career in sales internationally;
Comfortable to work in an intrapreneurial environment, managing changes and dealing with uncertainties; ability to handle rejections (specific to outbound activities)
One special requirement:
Ability to travel if needed – the company headquarters are in Oradea and you will be expected to spend a significant amount of time here.
Market research - existent and potential
Research the potential customers/partners in the assigned market segment;
Identify potential clients and reach out to customer leads through cold emailing and follow-up via emails and calls.
Promote and sell
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
Position Bannersnack by presenting cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing similar customers;
Establish, develop and maintain rapport, a positive business, and customer relationship;
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments (i.e. - marketing, product, customer success);
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports;
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
Continuously improve through feedback.
