To oversee and coordinate the in-house development of workflow automation and repository tool solutions (Python/ Django);
• To review the code written by other colleagues
• To set up priorities, organize releases & estimate development duration
• To collaborate with the external suppliers in order to translate UAM requirements into UAM Repository specifications
• To optimize and automate manual User access management workflows

The Global User Access Management team provides services like access workflow automation, joiner/leaver/review controls on security/GDPR/SOX level and a service desk for direct contact. The senior developer enables the team to offer audit prove solutions ensuring security compliance.
