    Your mission: The ASTRO application is part of the applications of the EXO perimeter which includes all applications managing exotic products. The EXO scope includes IT teams in Paris, Bucharest, Bangalore and Hong Kong. The Astro team is developing and maintaining services and components that allow the product creation on the Primary Market through different UIs and allow clients to trade on the Secondary Market to unwind their position. The components are used worldwide. Products managed are Exotic products like Autocalls, Reverse Convertibles, CLN, Certificates, ShareAcc/ShareDec, RangeAcc. The position opened concerns more specifically projects related to regulations such as PRIIPS (KID) and MIFID 2 (product governance and costs and charges). The Product Owner is based in Paris. Your Role in a Nutshell:

    • Performing analysis and gathering requirements for Regulatory and potential new exo project initiatives;
    • Creating user stories and test cases to assist in the facilitation of user acceptance testing;
    • Assisting stakeholders and product owners with analyzing and validating business needs and establishing development priorities;
    • Acting as a liaison between the Development department and the business customers (Sales, Engineers);
    • Working closely with IT team to enhance applications and ensure adherence to acceptance criteria;
    • Validating technical impacts;
    • Coordinating people/project within different locations (Paris, Asia, USA, Bangalore);
    • Participating in the releasing to validate deliveries to production;
    • Reporting and alerting the management if risk situations may occur;
    • Providing technical and functional support to users in need  (level 2/3);
    • Acting as Agile Master for the team.
    A little about You:
    • You have an University diploma;
    • You have experience with Structured Products;
    • You have experience with Regulatory Topics (PRIIPS, MIFID 2);
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies;
    • Desire to learn a variety of different business activities;
    • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL is a plus;
    • Reactivity, anticipation of needs and management of people and transversal teams skills;
    • Good command of English, both written and spoken.— French is a plus of course.
