    We believe big things can happen in a small city. It all started back in 2008, when our CEO, Gabriel Ciordas, founded a company focused on creating banner ads in Oradea, which is on the outskirts of Transylvania. Long story short—what started out as the original banner maker became an efficient design platform in just 12 years. Naturally, our team expanded to over 100 people and we’re all working towards growing that same dream.     Requirements:

    learning the company’s products in detail so that fast and correct solutions can be provided to the clients;
    advanced English skills required;
    great communication skills;
    detail-oriented;
    active and persistent in offering feedback to the company to prevent and resolve issues;
    accumulating and applying new information to improve performance;
    stress tolerance;
    proactive;
    proficient in Windows OS/Mac OS.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    answering clients’ emails and messages;
    managing clients’ inquiries;
    utilizing the chat platform Intercom;
    offering support and counseling clients;
    analyzing and solving clients’ requests in a professional manner;
    quickly solving situations by collaborating with other departments;
    offering information regarding the company’s products and services;
    filling out data during conversations with clients;
    verifying notified issues (verify if these issues have been resolved);
    efficient communication in stressful situations;
    formulating replies in a clear and concise manner, with no grammatical errors;
    giving prompt replies to clients;
    using tools and applications that correlate with the company’s products (Adobe Acrobat, MS Office package, etc).
