Basic education in logistics, dental technician diploma or similar
Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience in medical, pharma or biotech industry, preferably in a call center or similar, dental experience a plus
Solid computer skills & knowledge with SAP System
Fluent language skills in Romanian & ideally in English
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Attention to details and ability to prioritize required
Energetic, flexible and independent personality with a strong sense for quality-aware

Resolve customer inquiries as needed through telephone contact and/ or written communication by assisting them in problem-solving, planning and execution of stated objectives
Manage various inquiries by accessing the claims processing system (SAP)
Comply with customer service policies and procedures meeting client’s high operational standards
Ensure customer retention and satisfaction by professional customer support management
Follow-up on specific requests made by the doctors on particular casesness
