    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience with DHCP and DNS, as well as a working knowledge of MPLS, Broadband, SIP, Dedicated Internet, etc. You should be well-versed with Cisco or Juniper or Aruba or other popular networking systems. You are expected to have experience of working with VPN technologies and should be able to use Office 365 or its equivalent as well as ServiceNow or other workflow systems;
    • Network configuration and administration based on Cisco, CheckPoint and Juniper technology;
    • Firewalling Architecture's design;
    • VPN network implementation;
    • Platform management of Intrusion Detection Network;
    • Knowledge of the main encryption algorithms and hashing algorithms;
    • Design, testing and management of networks based on Cisco, CheckPoint and Juniper technology;
    • Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems;
    • Good command English language;
    • Must be able to work under pressure, especially in emergency situations;
    • Ability to prioritize issues and to quickly find solutions;
    • Availability to work in shifts;
    • Availability for On-Call support.

    Responsibilities

    • Working with equipment that can be routers, switches, firewalls, hubs, equipment connected to the internet and other telecommunications systems, you need to make sure that they work properly. It not only solves problems, but also maintains and inspects the equipment before problems occur;
    • They must operate convergence technologies which include TCP/IP, UDP, FTP, IP protocols, voice-over convergence and other fundamentals of telecommunication;
    • Network configuration and administration based on Cisco, CheckPoint and Juniper technology;
    • Firewalling Architecture's design;
    • VPN network implementation;
    • Platform management of Intrusion Detection Network;
    • Knowledge of the main encryption algorithms and hashing algorithms;
    • Design, testing and management of networks based on Cisco, CheckPoint and Juniper technology;
    • Networking troubleshooting and maintenance;
    • Detection, analysis and resolution of Security Incidents;
    • Must have knowledge of all the technical details of how the equipment functions;
    • Should also know about computers, telephone and cable equipment, network protocols and documentation;
    • May create operational documentation;
    • Ensure the equipments is active and operating according to service commitments for assigned deliverables;
    • Ensure that primary support toward installation of equipments and software releases into production is being provided;
    • They must undertake telecommunications systems upgrade and answer queries related to system controls, and maintenance of the system in general;
    • Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the equipments, OS and applications;
    • Organize and prioritize work effectively to facilitate resolution of problems and system continuity;
    • Communicates with clients for technical support and issue resolution;
    • Executes corrective maintenance on equipments;
    • Ensures support for planned infrastructure and application activities;
    • Performs restoration of the various equipment components;
    • Manages requests to recover log files or other types of files;
    • Participates in implementation of new projects.
