Customer Care Agent with English (Brno, The Czech Republic)

We are looking for a person who is:

-Proficient in English (B2-C1 level at least)
-An avid interest in technology or telecommunication is appreciated
-Flexibility and readiness to work on shifts (including night shifts)

What will you be doing?

You will be the first point of contact for the customers. You will be in charge of responding to international clients’ queries over the phone or over chat. Providing them with information regarding the products of the company, billing, or technical support – you will never be bored!

-Competitive salary based on skills, knowledge, and experience between 27 500 – 35 000 CZK gross + bonuses
(between 1000-1300 euros brutto)
