Team Manager Authorization and Payment with German and English

Business studies with a focus on finance or a comparable commercial training (> 5 years) or
Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable field of activity
Secure user knowledge with SAP, scanning and verification programs and common MS Office applications
Ability to work in a team and cooperate, argumentation and integration skills, high degree of independence and personal responsibility
Very good knowledge of English & German (c2-b2)
Leadership Experience

Operational and disciplinary management of the Settlement & Billing Team
Responsibility and Coordination of Team and daily business in regard to quality and timelines
Transaction Monitoring
Data acquisition
Transaction correction
Price acquisition
Supplier Invoices Processing
Cost of sales checking procedure
Direct reporting line to the Head of Settlement & Billing
Information about billing problems that have occurred
Operational representation of the department management
Participation in Settlement and cross-departmental projects
Support of our suppliers / Supplier Manager with regard to the operational Settlement topics:
Monitoring and Error handling of the electronic transactions
Requirements and Processing of the incoming Supplier Invoices
Requirements and Processing of the cost of sales checking procedure (so called WEDP from german: WarenEinsatzDifferenzenPrüfung)
Clarification of Invoice / Settlement Differences
Complaints Management (Supplier related)
Documentation / Manuals of the Settlement processes
Optimization of the Settlement processes in close coordination with the Settlement & Billing Team in Ratingen
Training of the local Settlement & Billing Team
