Product Complaint Officer with French

This is a new exciting role in Bucharest for French speakers, interested or curious to work within a medical device project. This role supports an automated infusion pumps manufacturer to manage product complains from clients. This is a back-office role. What your role will be:

• You will collect complaints regarding the products from all available sources
• You will collect acknowledgement letters from stakeholders and manage the corresponding with the client’s customers (in case of missing information, you will provide extra data and follow-up with the customers)
• You will coordinate sample returns
• You will collect the receipts of the client’s closure letters and forward them to the client’s customers
• You will handle translations (when applicable)

What makes you the best candidate for this role:

• You have a bachelor’s degree (ideally in a science related field)
• You’re both English and French proficient
• You’re familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
• You have at least 1 year of previous working experience in a customer/stakeholder facing role (ideally in a medical/pharmaceutical/nursing field)
• You communicate effectively
