Product Marketing Manager

- Strong interest and deep understanding of web analytics
- Experience with google analytics
- Good understanding of how the internet works, some coding skills (will not need to code), databases, HTML, CSS, JS)
- Good understanding of usability and UX concepts
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical specs
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with managing small and dynamic teams

- Participates in defining the product strategy and roadmap;
- Coordinates product roadmap and manages product release schedule;
- Keeps an eye on competition and identifies development opportunities;
- Works closely with development, design, marketing, management and end users;
- Represents users interests in the product development process;
- Generates documents, mockups, prototypes and other needed materials for internal business user and functional specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, surveys, and task and workflow analysis;
- Ensures that specifications are implementable by validating them with developers/designers.
- Tests from user’s perspective developments before and after release for compliance with specifications;
- Writes and manages help articles and that promote and support product features
- Facilitates user testing and other usability testing with real users;
- Measures user impact of product developments;
- Assists users with user interface related support issues.
