    • English proficiency;
    • Advanced experience in using the following technologies:
    Amazon Cloud, Digital Ocean, Linode, Azure, and private/public
    cloud systems;
    • Advanced experience in using different server operating
    systems: Windows, Unix, Linux at command line level;
    • Cisco 2 command line experience, and distribution;
    • Experience in solving advanced problems, detailed analysis
    and implementation of solutions;
    • Strong experience in supporting large, complex, heavily
    virtualized environments using multiple operating systems;
    • Technical experience in the following technologies: VMware
    vSphere 5.x/6.x;
    • Good operational knowledge, capable of reducing,
    troubleshooting on Windows, Unix, Linux service;
    • Experience with at least one version control system (preferably
    • Experience in creating deployment pipelines: Github, Gitlab;
    • Cisco Layer 2 Experience;
    • Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols,
    including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, and distributed networks;
    • Experience in CDN networking is appreciated;
    • SQL / NO-SQL database knowledge is appreciated;


    • Provide and operate IT infrastructure, networking and monitoring services
    • Ensure high availability and optimal performance of all aspects of customer’s hosted infrastructure;
    • Constantly improve and optimize existing ways of working and deliver cost-efficient services of high quality;
    • Focus on the constant delivery and integration of the new base products and cloud platforms
    • Develop and maintain Cloud Solutions for large numbers of users simultaneously and in short response times;
    • Provide technical support and resolve incidents that occur in the operation of hardware and software cloud systems;
    • Execute or manage incident requests, modify and adapt existing cloud solutions, for better performance and experience offered to the teams involved and to the clients;
    • Bring new ideas and methods to constantly improve the quality of the existing cloud infrastructure;
    • Perform an impact analysis, propose, develop and implement technical solutions related to the basic functionality of the infrastructure and cloud networks having as a final result the resolution of incidents and advanced technical problems;
    • Work with external customers to define requirements, solve technical issues and provide professional services;
    • Revise the technical and functional specifications of the information systems and implement them in the process of modifying or adapting the hardware and software solutions;
    • Participate in the entire development cycle: analysis, design, estimation, development, testing, and deployment;
    • Ensure constant testing, monitoring, and improvement to keep products performing and available;
