Previous working experience is a Support role
Good understanding of the Support function, familiar with all the procedures and policies
Attention to details, problem solving skills
The role requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Be native or fluent in English (written & verbal).
Handling the customers queries received chat, emails, telephone and, when required, escalate the sensitive cases according to the rules in place.
Perform checks analyse the customers accounts to makes sure all meet the required criteria.
Follow up on a daily basis internal documents checks related to various topics (prevention of charge backs, legal
threats, negotiations etc).
Collaborate with various internal departments according to the established standards.
Perform conversion/retention efforts through promotions, events, bonus offers and various outbound projects via telephone, chat and email.

organization. The Customer Support representative makes sure that all the company standards in terms of quality and quantity are met (focusing on compliance, general account queries, payment details, cancellation, withdrawal checks etc).
The support team is working is shifts, including weekends.
