    Requirements

    - University Degree
    - 3 years working experiences in similar field or reporting role
    - Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work
    - Adaptable to learn new process, concepts and skills
    - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    - Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
    - Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI or any other BI tool equivalent
    - Ability to work well under pressure
    - Ability to translate big amount of data into insights and business value
    - Good organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a
    team environment
    - Very good ability to communicate at all appropriate levels of the organisation and
    within multiple functions
    - Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes

    Responsibilities

    - Competent in the selection and application of appropriate statistic and modelling
    techniques for BAT’s management and non-management global population, who is
    continually developed to support the maturity of the HR analytics journey to achieve a
    higher performing service offering
    - Provides objective analysis to support data interpretation and has a key role in
    managing the expectation of possible data outputs and insights into performance
    measures
    - Contribute to machine learning capabilities and solutions for HR
    - Researches externally & internally what new solutions, tools and capabilities can be
    adopted by POA team to become more streamlined, efficient and innovative
    - Integrates new innovative solutions into existing POA deliverable catalogue
    - Define, design and develop business-relevant Talent dashboards and reporting metrics
    - Perform functional benchmarking analyses and reporting to support global and
    regional needs
    - Trains and educates stakeholders capability on understanding and interpreting Talent
    & OE data / insights
    - Provides insights and analytics to support Talent Review Meetings
    - Delivers the technical build of analytical insights, managing scope, quality and usability
    of analytical solutions
    - Translates analytics led business requirements into technical requirements, adopting a
    creative and problem solving approach
    - Correlates findings with the performance and career progression of BAT population
    - Support the Talent Acquisition CoE with data insights regarding employer brand
    attractiveness, candidate journey and recruiting performance
    - Monitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and
    services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs
    - Identifies opportunities to improve specialist services, processes and escalates
    appropriately
    - Designs and implements tools, measures, visualisations and frameworks that optimise
    the adoption of a data driven HR culture and insight driven decision making within BAT,
    including through the adoption of:
    Profiling of workforce dimensions and characteristics
    Reporting of trends to inform business activity monitoring
    Predictive analytics
    Sentiment analysis
    Costs associated with attracting and retaining key talent
    Assessing employees with high risk flight, while considering corporate, psychological
    and social factors

    Other info

    Desirable requirements:

    - Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HR, SAP Talent and a master data quality
    management process is an advantage
    - DAX programming language and/or VBA knowledge
    - Alteryx Designer experience
    - SQL and/or Python coding ability
