Minimum 3-5 years Business Objects tool development experience
Advanced understanding of database structures (Oracle)
Experience in building and optimizing complex BI SQL queries
Knowledge of Tableau data visualization development would be an advantage
Knowledge of Telecom industry data model and or previous data modelling experience would be an advantage
Previous experience with data analytics a plus
Strong communication (oral, written) and analytic skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Open minded and able to adapt to frequent changes; can do’ attitude, pro-activity
Team oriented willing to work in a fast paced, multinational environment
Autonomous and problem-solving oriented, gives multiple alternatives when asked to solve a problem
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, understanding solution architecture and involvement in system design
IT(developer) background
University degree
Fluency in English, verbal & writing

Deliver Business Intelligence Reports and Analytics using the Business Objects and Oracle SQL Developer tools for specific business lines / segments, considering the requested granularity and frequency
Automation of a full range of reports handled by the Marketing / Data Intelligence in order to enable the team offload and focus on more added value Analytics and Business Cases
Work closely with the IT BI DWH team, participate (design & development) in the extension of DWH, NDW and related Business Intelligence applications and data structures:
- New Data marts and / or changes definition and implementation
- Develop and enhance Business Objects reports and/or Tableau dashboards / visualizations
- Update the Business Objects universe
- Align with different development teams the interfaces and solutions defined
- Development, creation of the related functional and technical documentation
- Testing and validation for the implemented solutions
- Knowledge transfer towards new / existing team members
