Naval Design Engineer

Experience in Naval Design Engineering;
• Experience in general concept drawing (concept design);
• Complex modelling in Rhino in conformity with the construction drawings;
• Planar modelling using ShipConstructor;
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
• Knowledge of scantling software and FEA or FEM software;
• Knowledge of safety regulations of the structural strength and the class norms;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Self-motivated and self-driven;
• Good English communication skills.

Planning the build process of a vessel, managing everything from concept through to delivery of the final
product;
• Providing clients with engineering solutions, technical and commercial guidance, new vessel constructions,
refits and conversions;
• Conducting a risk analysis of ships and marine structures;
Checking all project drawings and instructing for error corrections;
• Making of 3D structure views;
• Construction and detailing drawings drafting;
• Making of complex ShipConstructor database related activities;
• Guiding structural engineers and draftsmen.
