Job role
The Agile Implementation Manager will act in an AGN delivery process as the interface between the different delivery units, by designing, tracking and reporting the delivery. The agile implementation manager is accountable for a quality implementation in a timely manner, always in alignment with all stake holders.

Responsibilities:

• Be accountable to deliver in time, quality, cost and effort;
• Approve nonstandard design in alignment with Service Manager or architect;
• Define and document Scope and out of scope/products to deliver;
• Define milestones/sprints for the delivery;
• Align on delivery, including timeline, with all stakeholders;
• Plan and report purchasing activities in AZ Tech or customer side;
• Document risks and manage corresponding mitigation activity;
• Perform, document and report the implementation in an agile way;
• Organize and document product handover to the stakeholder (requester);
• Initiate lesson learned and improvement measures;
• Document all activities to let someone else continue the work without handover.
