Job requirments:

‣ Fluent in English
‣ Professional level in French & Spanish
‣ Good knowledge of Accounts Receivables processes
‣ Familiarity with tax (e.g. VAT on invoices issued or received)
‣ Good organizational skills
‣ Independent worker and team player

Main activities:

‣ Cash allocation and payment recording (direct debits, bank transfers, etc.)
‣ Cash out activities (Refunds of credit notes to clients, payments to brokers & clients
‣ Client bad debts preparation and posting
‣ Analysis of potential account discrepancies and, if needed, escalation to the serviced country’s Accounting team
