To accomplish this role, you need:

- Bachelor's Degree in technical field
- experience in sewing or technical field
- fluent English language skills
- excellent computer skills; MS Office, AUTOCAD, Outlook
- German language knowledge - is a plus
- good knowledge of technical drawing - is a must

Your role means:

- involving in projects to implement newly developed processes into the production area
- calculating times for production operations and changes, calculating financial impact for clients
- participating and taking decision in the test phases of the process, evaluating the feasibility of the entire production process, including for components, parts, etc. considering the targets to be achieved
- cooperating with automation and maintenance departments to fulfill the adjustment requirements of special machines, proposing automation solutions for sewing process
- receiving and inspecting documentation and samples, including management of the sampling and testing, client specification and others
- performing production audits
- initiating process changes and evaluating them, according to the Adient standards
- managing VAVE activities- searching, developing and implementing new technologies
