We would like you to bring to thе team:

-Good level of Italian and English;
-University studies (preferably Economics);
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
-Passionate to learn more about the business and sales administration processes;
-Curious, analythical and very organized;
-Accuracy and attention to details;
-Excellent communication skills and customer oriented thinking;
-Logic approach and ability to deal with numbers.

Main activities:

-Process the files;
-Analyze case histories and deal with documents;
-Collaborate with colleagues (Conduent, Team Request, Salesforce);
-Analyze payment on time files, identify root causes and launch actions;
-Attend transverse team meetings;
-Solve backlogs 2019 and 2020.
