Previous experience in local IT teams
Previous experience in Networking Projects - knowledge about switches, severs, DNS, IPs, AD and their implementation
Knowledge and experience in working and offering support with products, such as: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure
Willingness to learn by self-training

Site It Advisory: be technical advisor for internal or external clients
Site It Enable Revenue: be part of Showcases for external clients
Site IT Incident and Escalation Management: 2nd POC for Outages and any activity disruptions
Site IT Infrastructure: hands on smart support and direct support for Network Infrastructure
Local Support: be part of the local projects with direct impact on clients’ activities
Site IT Readiness Delivery: be part and sustain workshops for internal clients, such as IT Onboarding
