To be successful in the role you must have:

Education: preferably a bachelor’s degree in engineering (IT, Telecom);
Willingness to work in shifts;
Linux and SQL: basic knowledge;
English language: proficiency level both written and verbal;
Logical reasoning, continuous driving for improvement, and progress.

You will:

Supervise & seek the issues for different platforms and IoT solutions;
Handle event management activities;
Coordinate incident management activities;
Provide support to operators onboarded on the platform.
