    We are looking for a dynamic, organized and cool colleague to join our Human Resources department as an HR Specialist. The HR Specialist is responsible for assisting the HRD with providing leadership around health and safety programs, employee engagement, coaching managers on people related issues, aligning HR processes and systems with business units and location strategies, and providing HR solutions for all people related processes and compliance. This position requires a high level of organization, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in order to meet deadlines.


    As an HR Specialist you will be focusing on:

    • Employee Engagement: As our employees’ happiness is very important for us, you will build, coordinate and implement initiatives such as fun at work programs, recognition programs, contests.
    • Change Management: Being in a changing and dynamic environment you will review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs and procedures in order to comply with the current legislation regarding the Health and Safety
    • Health & Safety: Promote Wellbeing Programs in the company, organize annual trainings on Health and Safety, ensure a good relationship with the Occupation Healthy vendors and contribute to the preparation and installation of emergency plans related to personnel. Ensure medical check for pre-employment and for employees
    • Project Management: Design, coordinate and implement different projects related to HR programs and systems and provide feedback and coaching to managers and employees. You will be monitoring the "pulse" of the organization, to quickly identify and troubleshoot problems and recommend appropriate solutions
    • CSR Ambassador: You will act as a true CSR Ambassador for Nobel by creating the CSR Annual Plan and implement it accordingly together with our colleagues
    • Onboarding process: The new employees experience is also very valuable for us therefore you will train the new employees in regards to the Health and Safety policies. Present the new hire induction program. Ensure medical check for pre-employment and for employees
    • Reporting: You will dive into the reporting tasks for HR Operational Processes. Track and report out on various requirements
    • Operational tasks: Monitor and implement the account management operational process for new hires, current and former employees. Perform monthly and annual audit review. Identify gaps and build working procedures for the employees
    • Tool Implementation: Implement software development tools for HR operational tasks.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and at least 2 years of work experience in an HR Generalist/ Specialist role that included employee engagement and change management, employee communication and using data effectively
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English, including solid analytical skills and ability and proven experience using and presenting data to make decisions
    • Ability to lead projects, define goals, set milestones and follow through on deliverables
