    Cerinte

    • Studii superioare finalizate sau in curs de finalizare;
    • Cunostinte MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint – nivel avansat);
    • Cunostinte SQL, SAS, PEGA – constituie un avantaj.

    Responsabilitati

    • Administreaza dezvoltarea si lansarea campaniilor de marketing;
    • Intretine calendarul de campanii, monitorizeaza si se asigura de respectarea acestuia in termene agreate;
    • Masoara si monitorizeaza rezultatele de campanii folosind tool-urile interne;
    • Comunica rezultatele campaniei clientilor interni si ofera feedback pentru optimizarea si efecientizarea acestora, in baza analizelor efectuate;
    • Analizeaza baza de date pentru a genera estimatele de volume
    • Oferta estimate pentru baza de clienti disponibili si metode de eficientizare in modul de extragere si selectie a datelor
    • Administreaza politica de contact a clientilor Vodafone;
    • Tine legatura cu departamentele operationale pentru a se asigura de existenta resurselor necesare desfasurarii campaniei;
    • Exploateaza toate informatiile analitice disponibile la nivel de client pentru optimizarea targetarii.
