    - Studii superioare;
    - Experienta in resurse umane, de minim 2 ani;
    - Engleza nivel avansat;
    - Excel – minim nivel mediu;
    - Atentie la detalii;
    - Abilitati de operare sisteme HR, constituie un avantaj;
    - Abilitati de comunicare scrisa si verbala avansate.


    - Ofera servicii de asistenta prin sistemul de ticketing si e-mail tuturor angajaţilor, raspunzand la intrebarile legate de proiectele, procedurile, procesele si sistemele de HR
    - Foloseste sistemul Employee Interactions Center pentru logarea tuturor cazurilor si monitorizarea propriei sale activitati si masurarea performantei serviciului
    - Completari date si actualizari in sistemele de HR (SAP SuccessFactors, Charisma) si intretinerea integritatii si acuratetii datelor
    - Mentinerea structurii organizationale in sistemele de HR
    - Gestioneaza relatia cu autoritatile locale, banci sau alte organisme legale pentru situatii legate de aria de resurse umane gestionata
    - Inregistreaza date in Revisal
    - Participa activa in proiectele globale sau locale, contribuind cu competenta si expertiza necesare si utile implementarii lor
    - Participa cu input si feedback la imbunatatirea sistemelor si proceselor de lucru din echipa
    - Actualizarea informatiilor disponibile angajatilor si managerilor in portalul MyHR
