Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising Soft FM and semi-hard Services, integrated FM is a plus;
Work experience in industrial and office environment;
English – working proficiency oral and written;
Excellent computer literacy (Excel);
Adequate financial knowledge (budgets);
Strong leadership skills.

Handle services what we provide on the site (example: maintenance, cleaning);
Maintain contact with and managed by contractors (Verifies compliance with safety rules, ensuring that the work is going to the site’s expectations appropriately);
Work in demanding environments, managing change, multiple projects, and deadlines;
Organize and conducts the performance of tasks in quality, cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction keeping in mind;
Keep track of running costs, plan the budget, continuously suggest saving initiatives;
Have a strong analytical and problem-solving approach applying value creation/innovation across FM services/supply chain.
