Experienced Analyst (Controller)

Working in the Business Insights & Business Support Controlling department of Euromaster Business Services Romania can prove sometimes challenging but rewarding; this is why we are looking for a dynamic person, curious about business levers and processes. 

The main goal for the Experienced Controller role, is to provide actionable data to business stakeholders. 
In this position, you will act as subject matter expert for franchise Business Support Controlling, Euromaster Group.

 The job is oriented towards sets of data, analysis and finding solutions in an environment that is considered the interface between accountancy and business intelligence. 
Communication is the key to success as this job is considered to be the center of collecting and reporting data, of understanding forecasts and verifying the logic of the predictions. 
Very good knowledge of Excel is a must, as a lot of the checks and reconciliation of data are done with the help of advanced formulas. 

The team is  part of the European Controlling Team, in charge of:
- monthly closings;
- maintaining and developing the databases and the reports throughout a multitude of BI systems;
- reporting, controlling and analyzing Franchise activity for Euromaster group;
- keeping a close connection with Franchise Director and supporting countries and Euromaster Management Team in  Activity Reviews for franchise.

Requirements:

- Economic studies or proven experience in a similar field;
- Previous experience with Hyperion and IBM Cognos and/or Working in automotive industry >4 years is considered a plus;
- At least 4 years’ experience in a similar position (working in different activities is considered a plus: Controlling, BI, Marketing, Accountancy etc.);
- English language is a must at advanced level (B2-C1) , nice to have French (B1-B2 level);
- MS office skills: Excel: expert, PowerPoint: expert, nice to have VBA and SQL; 
- Good communication skills with interfaces;
-  Analytic, good with numbers; 
- Structured and organized;
- Proactive and with initiative.
