    Cerinte

    Engineering degree, technical diploma (technical-scientific background).
    Minimum 3 years of experience at leading companies of a modern organization.
    Minimum 4-5 years of experience in consumer goods/ automotive sector.
    Process engineering experience.
    Good level of English.
    Solid technical background on main engineering technologies (foaming, vacuum forming, metal processing, assembly, plastics injection).
    Basic skills in Project Management.
    Good vision of the production process - definition, measurement, analysis, implementation and control.
    High level computer skills.
    Analysis skills and synthesis/problem solving skills.
    Ability to work under pressure.

    Responsabilitati

    Provides engineering support for production process in collaboration with industrial engineering team and production team.
    According with the industrial engineering/product development/quality details, prepare the technical specification for equipment’s and molds.
    Prepares the working procedures and specific instructions for equipment’s.
    Performs continuous process improvement by using specific tools - six sigma analyze.
    Plans production activities to ensure the full production cycle according with existing and new models.
    Ensures accomplishment of all key production parameters by improving the process.
    Contributes to production process improvements by implementation of effective measures and projects.
    Supervise the performance of all equipment on the assembly line and collaborate with the team to get the best parameters.
    Establish the line constrains and fix/solve for continuous production.
    Analyze and improve the efficiency for process (equipment’s and manpower).
    Establish the necessary investments/production capacity according with the long term plan.
