    Bosch Engineering Center Cluj was founded as an integral part of the Bosch worldwide engineering network in 2013. The Center is located partly in the heart of Cluj-Napoca and partly in Jucu. Our engineers give great importance to continuous innovation and they work on state-of-the-art technology projects. Automated Driving, Electric and Connected Mobility, Internet of Things, Industry 4.0. are just a few examples from the Bosch Engineering Center Cluj’s current portfolio. We work in close collaboration with other Bosch R&D Centers and with Bosch Plant Cluj. We specialize in software engineering, hardware and mechanical engineering, reliability engineering & quality validation, but also in mobility sales planning, thus, we offer our internal and external clients a complex range of products and services.  
     

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • University Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering.

    Minimum experience in the field:

    • At least 2 years of experience in the quality/software area;

    Know-how:

    • Experiences in activities of implementing QMS / consultancy for QMS;
    • Knowledge of the applicable Quality Standards;
    • Experience in activities of auditing;
    • Software general knowledge (development process);
    • Experience in process modeling desirable (Waterfall, Agile, V-Cycle);

    Personality:

    • Motivation and commitment to get involved, learn and contribute to the development of leading edge technologies in collaboration with a global network of experts;
    • Good communication, strong analytical skills, team oriented, initiative and perseverance;
    • Very good attention to details;
    • Self-organized and able to estimate, prioritize and schedule own tasks;
    • Target, process and quality orientation;
    • Efficient work style and good communication skills;
    • Ability to take independent decisions;
    • Critical thinking;

    Languages spoken:

    • Fluent in English; German can be an advantage;

    Nice to have:

    • Readiness to travel for audit/consultancy purposes;
    • IATF 16949; VDA 6.3; ISO 9001; ISO 17025, A-Spice ;

    Job Description

    • Ensuring that necessary processes and procedures for the quality management system are introduced, implemented documented and maintained;
    • Identification of deviations, deriving, tracking measures and review of measures;
    • Supporting in process definitions and related risk assessments;
    • Supporting activities for the visualization tools used as an interface of the quality management system;
    • Coaching team members and performing quality management system related trainings;
    • Ensuring methodological quality (e.g. 8D, QG, FMEA, DRBFM, PE);
    • Plans, performs and participates in internal system and process audits, as well as external audits;
    • Audits management, reporting and verification of action plan completeness / effectiveness;
    • Monitoring of the project activities assigned in terms of compliance with standards, directives and processes;
    • Develops new strategy for the department development;
    • Initiates contact with actual and potential clients;
    • Offers consultancy services towards the implementation of applicable standards;
