DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST, Location: Remote
Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.
Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)
― Education: Marketing, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Internet/Media;
― 2+ years relevant Digital Marketing;
― Usability testing experience;
― Exceptional communication skills;
― Demonstrated B2C/B2B Social Media, Online Campaign, Website/Online Platforms Management Skills;
― A strategic, analytical, entrepreneurship mindset;
― Advanced English;
― Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Hootsuite Skills
― Analytics and ASO tools, A/B testing and APIs integration will be appreciated;
― Basic knowledge of HTML will be appreciated.
― Monitor buyer journey touchpoints to identify product enhancements related to B2C/B2B Apps, B2C/B2B related websites and digital marketing;
― Proactively work with Marketing and Sales teams to develop the business across various B2C/B2B digital marketing, online platforms, and mobile apps;
― Improve B2C/B2B Apps and web platforms and work with IT team and services providers;
― Content Management, curating, organizing, documenting, cataloging, and managing all digital assets for online campaigns, social media, mobile applications and online pages/websites including users administration, promotions, partners updates on our pages, images, videos, written content, audio, testimonials, reviews;
― Assist with customer service needs, when necessary, participate in implementing and testing of new processes related to online and mobile ecosystem, and in integration with our business partners;
― Provides accurate reports and analysis of the company’s digital assets (mobile, online platforms, social media, etc), proposing improvement solutions, recommendations & new development tactics;
― Implements on the Mobile applications and the related websites all requested actions to increase traffic and conversion of consumers (ASO improvements, SEO improvements, content update, etc.);
― Partners with stakeholders to define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and ensures that MVP aligns with product vision and company strategic goals;
― Works with the Marketing team and other Product Owners to do release planning and to prioritize cross-team dependencies.
