Business Client Adviser- Small and Medium Enterprises

· An University degree;
· Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position in another bank;
· Very good analytical and strategic thinking skills and judgment, along with the ability to communicate
complex issues in a structured and concise manner;
· Entrepreneurial thinking;
· Willingness and ability to communicate with colleagues also in other countries;
· Ability to communicate and cooperate with the senior management of business clients on a level
playing field;
· Good level of English knowledge;
· Driving license.

Your main responsibilities will be:

· Building and maintaining a portfolio of business clients;
· Establishing meetings with potential new clients and visits them at their business premises;
· Identifying the client’s real financial needs;
· Preparing the complete business offer and proposing it to the client;
· Providing an excellent customer care to the bank’s clients;
· Constant monitoring of the development of business portfolio;
· Observing relevant market trends and developments.
