Education

• You hold an university degree in Computer Science;

Know-How

• 3+ Years of Experience in agile software development;
• Experience with Big Data solutions and technologies (eg. Hadoop ecosystem) and RDMBS (eg. Oracle DB) is mandatory;
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, Jira, Bitbucket, Github, Nifi, Docker, Jenkins, DockerSwarm/Kubernetes etc.;
• Experienced with Agile Scrum processes, tools and methodology;
• Practical experience in deriving product decisions based on KPIs and customer feedback is a plus;

• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interact effectively with senior management, customers, and partners;
• You are collaborative, autonomous, proactive and structured with excellent problem solving skills;
• You can prioritize and efficiently implement a variety of topics in very dynamic environments and under high time pressure;
• You proactively seek requirements and react to the market needs;
• You have the ability to report to multiple stakeholders in a timely and effective manner through both meetings and presentations;

Technical

• You elicit needs/wants (user stories/requirements) from business and technical partners and define MVPs;
• You set a strategy, define and identify components as applicable, and make the hard, high-judgment trade-offs between performance, features, and speed-to-market;
• Decide and sustain the implementation methods and tools based on your SW developer experience and the input of the team;
• You write epics and features, and supply acceptance criteria detailed enough for the DevOps team to deliver successfully;

Operational

• Define and align the product vision, roadmap, strategic goals with the business developer and ensure the stakeholders are on board;
• Together with an internationally distributed team you implement these concepts in an agile approach (SCRUM) where you will be in charge of the backlog management and sprint planning/execution, actively participating in all Sprint events;
