Hands on expert in Machine Learning Modelling
Hands on working exposure in NLP
Good experience / exposure of working in financial industry
Expert level knowledge of Python and associated libraries
Experience with Hadoop Ecosystem with concepts like Spark, Hive etc.
Awareness/information about DevOps practices like CI/CD
Hands on knowledge of Shell Scripting
At-least 2 years of experience of working Machine Learning models
Demonstrable industry recognition for Data science knowledge
Overall 10+ years of work experience
Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science or IT-related discipline (or equivalent work experience/diploma/certification)
Ideally a mathematician who have educational background and understand statistical modelling and can apply modelling techniques to analyze data

Conceptualizes and designs ML models to reduce false positive alerts
Demonstrates effectiveness of models by comparing results
Reviews and approves designs and takes decisions on appropriate options
Guides and grooms team members to deliver good quality code and ML based models
Reviews and approves stash pull requests
Supports high severity production incidents if there are any
