TECHNICAL LEADER - MANUFACTURING IT SERVICES

DESCRIPTION

The Technical Leader (Project Manager) will own the Manufacturing Execution System implementations (GE Proficy) for manufacturing plants across European sites! Are you up for the challenge? He/she will be accountable to ensure that these are delivered with quality and in a way that meets business objectives, delivers aligned value, and ensures ongoing adoption and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

• Technical review and evaluation of site solution execution requests;
• Lead new line startup meetings;
• Coordinate the end to end solution configuration work delivered by the vendors and support hands-on configuration work as needed;
• Vendor resource management for the region;
• Onboard / develop new vendor resources;
• Coach and support site resources with solution capability.

• Strong technical Proficy skills (or demonstrated ability to learn)
• Ability and desire to learn and penetrate the details of the technology used to deliver the manufacturing digital solutions
• Ability to operate effectively at all levels within a team, performing equally well as both member of a team and team leader
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain business processes.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• T-SQL and Java script hands on expertise is considered an advantage
• Degree educated to Bachelor's level or higher.
