We are recruiting Second Store Manager for one of the leading brands in the apparel and fashion sectors in Turkey.

• Minimum 3 years of retail store management experience is a must;
• At least bachelor’s degree;
• Prone to teamwork, cheery and dynamic;
• Good level of English;
• Improved communication, leadership skills, and high persuasive skills;
• Planning and organization, problem solving and analysis;
• Commercial point of view.

• Ensuring of uninterrupted operation of the store;
• Hold store team and self-accountable to all standards of performance and behaviour;
• To take the necessary precautions to prevent product stock shortage, to perform a daily random count;
• To prepare the monthly list of necessary products and materials for the forthcoming;
• To prepare daily and weekly shift schedules;
• Achievement of the agreed/given Internal Audit Performance.

Schedule: 8.00-17.00 / 13.00-22.00
