    Requirements

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

    - Degree or International Equivalent in Business, Human Resource or related field
    - Experience with Success Factors Employee Central, Workday, SAP HR or other HR admin systems
    - Must be detail conscious and have strong analytical skills
    - Strong customer service skills
    - Advanced Excel skills
    English proficiency
    -Preferred qualifications: additional experience working with Success Factors Compensation module and/or Report Center

    HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    The Advisor, Global HR Information Systems is responsible for work activities associated with SuccessFactors Employee Central module & specific system related configuration experience. In support of all regions, the Advisor, Global HR Information Systems will:

    - Consult with business leaders and managers to identify system enhancement needs
    - Collaborate with HRO data resources to ensure accuracy of data changes

    - Capture business requirements for Leave of absence, picklist management, Business rules, Workflows and create functional specification & design document by converting functional requirements to technical spec.

    - Leads User acceptance Testing & functional Unit testing/integration testing with IT

    - Tests the solution through Test plan, Test strategy and positive and negative tests.

    - Administer HR systems security requirements provisioning and audit

    - Approve sensitive reporting and data requests from Outsourced vendor

    - Execute all compliance and 404 SOX requirements

    - Implement any changes in rules, policies or practices in the HR Systems and other related knowledge management content
