    Desired qualifications and mental capability requirements
    Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales ;
    Excellent selling and communication skills ;
    Heavy duty truck aptitude ;
    Bachelor of Engineering or proven work experience in truck and trailer repair service or truck and trailer parts sales ;
    Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word ;
    Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills, selling over phone skills ;
    Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions
    Mechanical skills and troubleshooting experience is a plus ;


    Essential duties and responsibilities
    Strengthen long term customer relationship ;
    Prospect and qualify new sales leads
    Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers
    Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
    Meet and/or exceed quotas
    Coordinate with other departments to optimize the sales effort
    Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by udpating account information regularly
    This position includes traveling abroad for work porpuses
