For our customer, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, we are looking for an IT Helpdesk with English.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree;
IT&C education background is an advantage;
Preferably 0-6 months of IT-related experience;
Good level of communication in English;
Good communication skills, patience and ability to work under pressure;
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Standard software installation, consulting, troubleshooting service. (Windows and Mac-based);
Domain set up, printer set up, intranet network set up, consulting, troubleshooting service;
OS error consulting, troubleshooting service. (e.g. blue screen);
Standard software installation, consulting, troubleshooting service. (Android and IOS based);
Dedicated Voice Terminal set up, consulting, troubleshooting service. (Analog Phone, IP Phone, Polycom sound station);
Laptop and PC simple and complex repair following service;
Laptop and PC low format and disk destroy service;
Public IT Infrastructure.
