    Cerinte

    - Utilizarea programelor informatice: Excel nivel avansat, Revisal, Saga – de preferat;
    - Experienta in domeniul salarizarii si administrarii de personal 2-4 ani;
    - Atestat de inspector resurse umane;
    - Cunoştinţe bune de legislaţia muncii şi legislaţia privind salarizarea;
    - Foarte buna capacitate de analiza si sinteza, atentie la detalii;
    - Capacitate de organizare si planificare.
    - Persoana cu atitudine proactiva, responsabila.

    Responsabilitati

    Principalele responsabilitati:
    - efectarea calcului general privind salariile angajatilor;
    - recalcularea salariilor si a notelor contabile in perioada de rectificare;
    - verificarea pontajelor lunare si a statelor de plata;
    - verificarea si introducerea concediilor medicale;
    - intocmirea si transmiterea de adeverinte, fluturasi de salariu, borderouri de plata in conformitatae cu solicitarile primite;
    - comandarea cardurilor de tichete pentru angajati, precum si alimentarea acestora, lunar;
    - plata avansurilor, popririlor si a pensiilor alimentare;
    - transmiterea notelor cotabile catre departamentul contabil;
    - verificarea D112;
    - intocmirea anumitor rapoarte pe payroll;

    Responsabilitati backup:
    - intocmirea documentelor necesareangajarii (contracte, fise persoanale etc.)
    - intocmirea documentelor necesare pentru modificarea sau desfacerea contractului de munca (cereri, decizii incetare, fise de lichidare etc.);
    - transmiterea angajatilor si incetarior de contract;
    - gestionarea si arhivarea dosarelor de personal;
    - transmiterea informatiilor in Revisal;
