    The teams in the Edenred Digital Center will work with colleagues in business and IT to provide leading IT knowledge and skills driving the Group’s business worldwide.

    Cerinte

    • Good communication skills, listening & understanding
    • Good teamwork
    • English fluent
    • 2+ years experience in SQL,
    • 2+ years experience in Agile methodology (Scrum)

    Responsabilitati

    1. Analyze application logs and alerts
    > Daily checks
    > Contact dev team if needed
    > Contact business 1st line if needed
    > Enhancing the supervision & alerts KPIs
    > Providing resolution step to IT Ops team

    2. Analyze and report customer issues
    > Contact Business 1st line to understand the issue
    > Analyze the issue
    > Report the issue to the development team

    3. Recurring meetings with business 1st line
    > Follow the development team activities to inform the business 1st line of the current progress

    4. Release packaging and notes
    > Review all features that are encompassed in a release,
    > Make sure with dev team & business 1st line that they have been tested,
    > If needed, for technical changes without business requirements, performing tests with the dev. team,
    > Writing and communicate release note

    5. Roll-out supervision in new countries of Data application
    > Review with Business Team the need,
    > Validate each step of the deployment
    > Test the deployment
    > Communicate tests result
